What is your Teacher-Child Ratio?
We don't think in terms of classroom and teacher ratios because we are a totally different and modern approach to caring for both children and parents. We have an entire team that takes care of our members in a new way, with a team comprised of teachers, floating assistance, hospitality folks and virtual admins. The concept of fixed ratios is outdated and rigid...some times our children need more 1:1 attention and we should have the flexibility and ability to spontaneously meet those needs.
IS THERE A JOINING FEE?
There is no joining fee.
What is the process after I purchase a membership?
Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours and get you established as a member. This includes completing onboarding docs. You will receive a unique access code and an orientation. Same day is possible, just give us a call and let us know you are in a hurry to join!
How far in advance do I need to book care?
We can typically accommodate same day requests. Most of our members book care at the start of the work week. Either way, we’ve got you covered.
Does my membership also cover my spouse?
Yes! Your membership covers your spouse, children, grandparents and nanny. 24/7 access to the club. Your spouse can use the coworking space, along with reservable offices.
How long is the membership commitment?
Your initial commitment is 6 months. After that, your membership automatically renews under the current pricing and plan unless you opt out in writing at least 30 days before the end of your term.
What payment methods are accepted?
We require two payment methods on file: ACH and a backup credit card. ACH is the preferred method for dues. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 4% transaction fee will be added.
Are there discounts for paying annually?
Yes! Discounts may be available for annual subscriptions. Email hi@kinryclub.com for details.
