Our membership plans offer two tiers, with or without childcare
Base Explorers
A membership made for families who don’t need care regularly but want access to an elevated private club designed for both parents and children in mind. This offers full access to the club amenities and care for those in a pinch moments!
Busy Bees
A membership for hard working families who will use the space regularly for co-working and childcare. It comes with discounted childcare rates and a perk of 12 hours free bonus childcare hours so your little one is engaged in enrichment with our teachers safely one room away.

How do I become a member?
Start by scheduling a tour! Once you’re ready to join, you’ll complete a registration process that includes contact and emergency information, a signed waiver, and details about your child(ren). Your membership is managed through our software platform, Sawyer.
Which Membership is right for me?
For those looking for childcare the Busy Bee is the membership for you! The Base Explorer is made for those who don’t need childcare regularly but want access to a thoughtful space designed for both caregivers and children.
What is the joining fee?
There is a one-time $500 joining fee that covers the administrative setup of your family membership account. This is a single charge and will not be assessed again.
What is the process after I purchase a membership?
Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours and get you established as a member. This includes completing onboarding docs. You will receive a unique access code and an orientation. Same day is possible, just give us a call and let us know you are in a hurry to join!
How far in advance do I need to book care?
We can typically accommodate same day requests. Most of our members book care at the start of the work week. Either way, we’ve got you covered.
Does my membership also cover my spouse?
Yes! Your membership covers your spouse, children, grandparents and nanny. 24/7 access to the club. Your spouse can use the coworking space, along with reservable offices.
I see the Busy Bee includes 12 hours of care, but can I book more than 12 hours of care?
Yes, absolutely! The 12 hours of care are a starter bonus included in the Busy Bee Membership, free of charge! You can book as much additional care as you need at a discounted rate with this tier of membership.
How long is the membership commitment?
Your initial commitment is 6 months. After that, your membership automatically renews under the current pricing and plan unless you opt out in writing at least 30 days before the end of your term.
What payment methods are accepted?
We require two payment methods on file: ACH and a backup credit card. ACH is the preferred method for dues. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 4% transaction fee will be added.
Are there discounts for paying annually?
